Green Bean Casserole

Ingridients:
1 (10 oz) can cream of
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
Mushroom soup
2 (1 1b) bags French cut
3 oz Velveeta cubed
Green beans (frozen)
1 T real bacon bits
1 (2 oz) can French fried
Onions

Directions:
Mix soup, mushrooms, Velveeta, bacon bits, half of onions and green beans together in 11" Skillet. Cover and heat to med. When valve clicks reduce to low for 25 minutes. When finished pour remaining onions over top.



Macaroni & Cheese

Ingridients:
2 cups macaroni
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup evaporated milk
1 medium egg, beaten
¼ tsp black pepper
1 ¼ cups cheddar cheese

Directions:
Shred cheese on #1 cone (fine shred) Fill 5 qt wok (or 5 qt roaster) ¾ full with water. Heat until vapo-valve clicks. Add noodles, cook until soft. Drain noodles. Saute' onions for about 3 minutes. Mix macaroni, milk, cheese, egg, and onions. Heat all ingredients on Med heat until vapo-valve clicks. Let stand for 10 minutes.



Corn on the Cob

Ingridients:
6-8 corn cobs with husks

Directions:
Line bottom of 7qt wok with corn husks. Place corn cobs on husks. Heat on med heat until vapo-valve clicks reduce heat to low for 25 minutes or until tender.



Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingridients:
3 med potatoes
1 ½ cups pepper jack
Cheese

Directions:
Shred cheese and potatoes on #2 cone. Mix together cook on med heat until vapo-valve clicks, reduce heat to low for 20 min.



Corn Bread

Ingridients:
1 ¼ c. yellow cornmeal
¾ c. flour
2 tsps baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsps butter
1 c. low fat buttermilk
2 egg whites or 1 egg beaten
Dash of paprika

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In skillet over medium heat melt butter; pour buttermilk, egg whites, and butter into dry ingredients, reserving enough butter to coat skillet; stir just until mixed. Pour into skillet; sprinkle with paprika.
Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until baked through. To serve from skillet, cut corn bread with plastic knife. *Use this recipe with Small skillet-double ingredients for large skillet.
