Clean-Up
Fill the pan with hot soapy water and let soak WHILE you eat. It will clean much easier when you get ready to clean unit.
Use a DRY PAPER TOWEL and your "Glo" cleanser to remove stains. A sponge or cloth will absorb the Glo and will not work. Wet the pan with hot water, then drain all excess water before sprinkling a small amount of Glo in unit. In your round pans use a circular motion, from outside in, like a record player. This will help eliminate Surface scratch marks. On square pieces such as the griddle use Glo going back & forth with the grain of the metal.
If you've really burned something, let it cool down, then add hot SOAPY water and let soak for 15-20 minutes. Then use your Glo cleanser.
If soaking does not work, remove handles and spray pan with oven cleaner. Let stand for 30 minutes. Rinse with HOT water and polish with your Glo cleanser and a DRY PAPER TOWEL. Wash & Rinse.
Use only Saladmaster Glo, a good store bought stainless steel cleaner or a 100% copper scrubber on the insides of your pans. I recommend Chor-Boy brand cooper scrubbers. NEVER clean the outside surface of your pans with these cleaners as they will scratch the beautiful mirror finish.
