Breakfast

Eggs and Omlets

Preheat on MEDIUM-LOW heat. When water dances on skillet, spray with Pam and add eggs. For FRIED eggs, add 1 teaspoon water & cover. Water will turn into vapor-heat and cook from top down. Check after 3 to 5 minutes and remove with spatula. FOR SCRAMBLED OR OMLETS, vapo-valve will click. Turn to low until ready to scramble or eat.


Pancakes and French Toast

Preheat skillet or griddle on MEDIUM-LOW. Use paper towel or water test to check heat. When hot enough, add batter or French toast. The key is to make sure the pan is HOT enough. The batter will stick, but release quickly when browned & ready to flip. No pam spray is needed.


Cakes and Bread

Preheat on LOW with cover on for 5 minutes. Prepare batter & spray unit with Pam Spray. Add batter & cover. Cook on medium-low heat. Then check after 8 minutes, wiping moisture from underside of cover. This will remove excess moisture and allow it to cook faster. When toothpick comes out clean, it is ready. Shake unit from side to side to loosen and place on plate. For cakes, add low-fat icing or fruit topping.
